Think about how you can take advantage of the typical "Apple glass stair" in a manner that supports your initial concept (re: along ramp there is information/product display). That was my true intention for having glass stairs, where the ramp with glass materials enable the 1st time visitors to see different apple products, and mixed with the stair treads for the visitors to see through the floor underneath. This "special elements" creates curiosity and inviting the visitors to explore the store circulation. Not only that, the circulation will navigate the visitors to visit "my special 25% program" (the 4 different pods: design, test, manufacture, and package). Remember as they are navigates through out the stores, different information are collected from the visitors to customize their own personalize apple products at the end of the store tour the visitors can purchase the customize apple product/s that fit with their lifestyle.
About the store by OMA(OMA and the Prada factory), yes I already saw it before, it was sweet, but Felix and the Apple Factory is even sweeter!! I even think to corporate Bodega branch, located in the secret basement Apple store.
